B - Information for the Oral Presentation

- Please remember to register for the Conference at www.ramiran2010.net . Only oral presentations from authors who have registered and transferred the participation fee for the conference (deadline 15th of July 2010) will be accepted.

- It is expected that Oral presenters submit the 4 pages paper using the formatting described indicated in the instructions, in order to allow the printing in the conference book.

- Presentation length is 15 minutes including one or two questions. Please be sure that the length of your presentation stays within the allotted time (we recommend that you plan your presentation for no more than 13 minutes). Session speakers are instructed to terminate presentations which exceed their presentation time. Chairs will be asked to be strict about the time available for each presentation, in order to ensure the compliance with the program. 

- Please send your original Powerpoint.ppt presentation (max. 20 Megabyte - no pdf) before 1st of September 2010 by means of the Conference email ( scientific@ramiran2010.net ). Bring a back-up copy of your presentation in case the technicians have any problems with your file.

C - Information for Poster Presenters

- Please remember to register for the Conference at www.ramiran2010.net . Only posters from presenters who have registered and transferred the participation fee for the conference (deadline 15th of July 2010) will be accepted. 

- All posters will be displayed during the entire conference, and authors will be requested to be available next to the poster during a period of time to be announced

- Poster size max. width 100 cm high by 80 cm wide

- It is expected that poster presenters submit the 4 pages paper using the formatting described indicated in the instructions, in order to allow the printing in the conference book.
