Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received until 15 July, 2010 are eligible for full refund with a 30€ deduction for administrative expenses.

No refunds after 15 July, 2010.


Accommodation

Hotel reservation: The Congress Secretariat is happy to book accommodation on your behalf. 

- Full payment of Hotel accommodation is required to guarantee the reservation.

- Confirmation of hotel reservation will be forwarded upon acceptance of payment by the credit card or bank transfer. 
The confirmation sent by e-mail is also valid as hotel voucher.

Deadline for hotel booking: June 30, 2010

Additional information:

Regular Registration

·         participants registered at the AgEng2010 (copy of registration required) have a 10% discount on the registration fee (except students).

In this specific case the registration fee should be done only by bank transfer.  Please contact firstly the Conference secretariat (ramiran@ramiran2010.net)

 Students

·         send scanned copy of 2009/2010 registration as student, student card or University declaration to ramiran@ramiran2010.net

·         dinner is not included in the student's fee

Conference Dinner

·         Extra tickets for the conference dinner for accompanying persons, and student participants, will be available at the Conference Secretariat at the cost of 40€ each.
