Belem quarter, and just a few minutes from the city centre by different methods of transportation, is the
Lisbon Congress
Centre, designed for congresses, conferences, business meetings, fairs and exhibitions.

Breaks and lunches
Catering is not included in the registration fees. However participants will have at their disposal coffee
and tea stations as well as water stations throughout the Congress. Sandwiches and snacks can be purchased
at the Congress Centre at any time. The Congress Centre also has a restaurant offering a buffet
lunch at a very reasonable price. The menu of the day will be on display.
CME Desk
The CME desk as well as the information desk will be located close to the registration desk.
Exhibition
An adjoining large industry exhibition will be open throughout the Congress. Interested companies are advised to contact the Local

Letter of Invitation
Those participants needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the congress may address their requests by email to:

, specifying the required details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.

The Organisers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of the Congress arising from political, social or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The
Organisers will accept no liability for any personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress or during all tours and events. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of these conditions.
Name Badge
All delegates and accompanying persons will receive a name badge on-site. The name badge is your ticket for booked activities and sessions. Admission to the
Congress will not be allowed without badge identification.
Transport
Each registered participant and accompanying person will be given a transportation pass which will allow travelling on all public transportation (except taxis) within Lisbon during the four days of the congress (Friday to Monday).
Official Language
English will be the official language of the congress. There will be no simultaneous
interpretation.
Oral Presentations
Computer projection facilities (PowerPoint-Presentations) will be available in the meeting rooms. Presenting authors will receive all technical information and instructions prior to the congress in order to ensure the smooth running of sessions.
