SUNDAY, 24 MAY
WALKING TOUR PORTO – 10.30 TO 12.30

10.30 – Group departs from the Jardim da Cordoaria with an English speaking Official Guide
11.00 - Start of the guided walking tour through the magnificent viewpoint of S. Bento da Vitória, the Oriental grocery store, Lello Bookshop and ClérigosTower



Down the Clérigos streat to reach the Aliados,pass by the Congregados Church and visit the magnificent tile panels from the São Bento Train Station.



After the visit to São Bento Train Station, the group crosses to Flores street and down this new artery for pedestrians in Porto, until the Largo de S. Domingos.

Cross the Mouzinho da Silveira Street and will rise to the Porto Cathedral, through the medieval streets of the old city, such as Pena Ventosa Street, Arco de Sant’Ana, and Aldas, until the impressive Oporto Cathedral.




TUESDAY, 26 MAY
TOUR TO BRAGA AND GUIMARÃES – 09.00 TO 18.00

09.00 - Departure to Braga by bus with an English speaking official guide to visit its historic center: Casa dos Crivos, Santa Cruz Church, Archbishops Palace and Santa Barbara Gardens.



The visit will continue to Guimarães with a stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant

15.00 - Departure to visit to Guimarães Castle, S.Miguel Church(place of D. Afonso Henriques the first King of Portugal baptism) and the Duques of Bragança Palace




Visit the Largo da Oliveira and the magnificent ancient historical center of Guimarães.
Return to Porto




WEDNESDAY, 27 MAY
DOURO RIVER CRUISE TO PINHÃO – 09.00 TO 18.00



08.00 – Shipping at Rota do Douro Quay in Vila Nova de Gaia

08.15 – Departure to Pinhão

Breakfast on board

10.20 – Crestuma-Lever Dam (Flood-gate, unlevelling 14 meters)

12.00 – Carrapatelo Dam (Flood-gate, unlevelling 35 meters)

13.20 – Lunch on board

15.30 – Arrival at Régua

16.30 – Bagaúste Dam (Flood-gate, unlevelling 27 meters)

17.45 – Arrival at Pinhão // Free time

18.20 – Departure by train to Porto

20.35 – Arrival at Campanhã Railway Station
