REGISTRATION AT THE CONGRESS

Kindly make your own individual registration on-line no later than May 27th 2008.

Please note: after May 27, 2008, pre-registration will NOT be accepted any longer BUT you will have the possibility to register on site.

Confirmation of registration will be sent by the congress office to the participants as soon as the payment is received.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment of the participation fee is to be made by Credit Card.

Please note that all charges are to be paid by the sender.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact Mundiconvenius directly. 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION & RESERVATIONS 

Before 20th April total reimbursement less administrative costs of 60 € (written cancellation to Mundiconvenius by email or by fax is requested) 

Before 16th May 50% of the total payment is reimbursed less the administrative costs of 60 € (written cancellation to Mundiconvenius by email or by fax is requested) 

With effect from 16th May no reimbursement whatsoever.
