Cancellation of Registration 

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until September 30th 2005, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less Euros 50,00 for administrative expenses. 

After this date no refunds will be made.

Cancellation of hotel reservation 

Notification of cancellation must also be sent in writing to the Secretariat. However the first night deposit will not be refunded. 

Cancellation of the other nights will be accepted until October 15th 2005. 

After this date no further refund will be possible.
