REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance. You may submit registration and payment via the Congress web site
www.mundiconvenius.pt and follow the indications.
Registration may also be made on the official registration form enclosed (or a copy). Please complete in block capitals and return to the Congress Secretariat. Registrations at the Secretariat will only be received until 1st of August 2002. After that date, participants will have to register on site. Acceptance will depend on the available places.

Cancellation and Refund policy:
Until 01.08.02 – Full refund less EUR 40 administrative fee. After 01.08.02 no refunds for cancellations or for lack of attendance.

Reservation conditions:
* Rooms are limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
* To make a reservation visit the Congress Web site at:
www.mundiconvenius.pt
complete the corresponding form and return it without delay together with deposit to the Congress
Secretariat.
* Full amount of reservation must be paid to Mundiconvenius upon submission of the appropriate booking form
* All rates are indicated in € per night and per room.
Hotel Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Mundiconvenius and will be accepted until July 1 2002. Until that date the amount paid will be refunded less the equivalent to one night deposit. Afterwards, refunds will not be possible.
Terms of payment: payment must be sent to the Organising Secretariat (Mundiconvenius) when applying for registration, by means of:
- Bank check in euros payable to Mundiconvenius / ISDS
