ABSTRACT REPRODUCTION FORM
Instructions: Please read carefully
Important Note:
The Scientific Committee informs that abstracts for posters are also accepted
1. Abstracts must be submitted in English and on Abstract
Reproduction form. Care must be taken in the typed submission,
which will be reproduced as submitted.
You may also send the
abstract by email to info@mundiconvenius.pt
2. CAPITALIZE entire TITLE, then author’s name, institution or
hospital, city and country. Underline author’s name ONLY. Omit
degrees, titles and full addresses.
3. Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Place special or
unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word, the first time
it appears. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin
sentences.
4. Organize the body of the abstract as follows:
a. A statement of the purpose of the study;
b. A statement of the methods used;
c. A summary of the results;
d. A statement of the conclusions reached.
5. Single space all typing. No spaces between title and body or
between paragraphs.
6. DO NOT ERASE. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as
submitted.
7. If you wish to mail the abstract, DO NOT FOLD the abstract
reproduction Form. MAIL abstract in cardboard backing.
