The currently valid room rates for the official congress hotels are available in the registration form. Participants are encouraged to make their room reservation in good time (2-3 months) before the congress dates in order to guarantee best available rate at the preferred choice of hotel.

You may register at the Congress and book the hotel at the same time in the REGISTRATION page
• Rates are in Euros and include taxes and breakfast
• Accommodation was reserved in various category hotels during the congress dates. Extra nights are subject to confirmation
• Rooms will be offered on a "first come-first served" basis
• Room availability is guaranteed until May 15. Late booking can be made after this date but is subject to availability
• In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable

1.Each participant will receive an individual confirmation. Accompanying people do not receive a confirmation. Please use the confirmation as your voucher
CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Room cancellation received before and on 15 May 2012 will be refunded in total
2. Room cancellation received after 15 May 2012: No refund of payment for room reservation will be granted after this date
