Group Housing

Mundiconvenius is the official housing agency for the 17th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility, and is offering special rates for Congress participants.

In each hotel a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for the Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel.

Block reservation only applies to groups with 10 rooms and up. All requests for room block reservations will be confirmed on a “first come, first served” basis.

Mundiconvenius reserves the right to allocate the group to either the second or the third options. We will inform the name of the hotel selected and send you the Group Housing Agreement. Mundiconvenius will keep the reservation for another 5 days, until receipt of the agreement duly signed. As soon as we received it we will send the invoice for the first deposit.

Deadline for hotel reservations and receipt of the deposit payment is 15 July 2012O

Rates shown are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes.
