Registration Policy - Registrations will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
 
From October 15, 2009 onwards registrations will only be accepted on site.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received until September 30, 2009 are eligible for full refund with a 30€ deduction for administrative expenses.

No refunds after that date.


Accommodation

Deadline for Hotel reservation: September 30, 2009

Price and conditions indicated are only applied for reservations made exclusively through the conference website.

Payment - Confirmation of hotel reservation will be forwarded upon payment for one night, remaining nights will have to be paid directly at the hotel when checking out.

Note: Minimum number required for each tour: 20 persons.
