ABSTRACTS PRESENTATIONS

SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION/LECTURE:

Language – English

Duration:
15 minutes maximum including discussion (Oral Presentation)

Duration:
30 minutes maximum including discussion (Lecture)

Presentation must be tested before the session 


All presentations must be prepared as PowerPoint files and will be loaded on a central server in the Speakers' Ready Room. 

All speakers should bring their presentations stored on a CD-ROM, USB memory stick or ZIP disk to this room no later than 2 hours before the start of their session. 

Please note that the use of own laptop computers and traditional slides will not be possible.

POSTER PRESENTATION:

Language – English

Posters will be on display during the entire event 

Poster size max. width 120 cm high by 90 cm wide

Presenter is requested to be available next to the poster during break sessions. 

The presenters participating in the poster competition are reminded to prepare a 2 minutes presentation that will then be followed by 1 minute of questions.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP:

Language – English

Duration: 1h30

Presentation must be tested before the session

If you wish to provide handouts for your session and would like for them to be printed in Lisbon we ask you to send them beforehand as their will not be any printing or copying facility at the venue.
