Meeting Registration
Please confirm your attendance to the meeting through the following website:

The Portuguese Presidency will pay the accommodation and breakfast cost for 1 person per Member State, the Co-chair from the EU Commission and 1 person for the IMPEL
local organisation for two nights (Wednesday, 28th and Thursday, 29th November).
Remaining nights and/or period will be on the participants’ account.
The National IMPEL Coordinator determines which of the participants will get this privilege. Please indicate clearly on the Reservation Form the person of your delegation for whom the accommodation is covered by the Portuguese Presidency.
Accommodation
The
Organization reserved a number of rooms at the Real Palácio
Hotel where the conference will take place. You are
requested to make your reservation through the local
organization.
If you are not one of the participants selected for free
accommodation, please note the conditions to make your
reservation:
Deadline

Payment
Policy

Until November 14th,
one night deposit is required to guarantee your hotel
reservation.
* Remaining nights will have to be paid directly at the
hotel when checking out.
Cancellation
Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing

Cancellations received until November 14th –
First night deposit will be reimbursed, less 30,00 for
administrative expenses.
* After November 14th no refunds
Special
notes
All
reservations have to be made through the local organization.
Please do not contact the Hotel directly.
Kindly note also that November will be a difficult period
due to the Portuguese EC Presidency. For this reason, hotels
in Lisbon are at premium and participants are therefore
requested to book their accommodation as early as possible.
