Registration includes

- Access to the sessions
- Coffee/tea/refreshment breaks
- Certificate of attendance

Payment

- Payment through PayPal credit card is due at the time of registration
- We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA
- Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form.
  Special requests should be made upon registration
- A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration form(s) confirmation will be sent. Once registered, registrations cannot be changed to another fee category.

Cancellation of registration and reimbursement policy

In case of cancellation of participation before March, 31st 2015, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 25 per person. After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.

Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration.

All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted.

Accommodation

Hotel reservations can be done together with the meeting registration.
All hotel rates are in Euro, per room/night, including breakfast and 6% VAT.
Hotel rooms will only be reserved after full payment.
