English will be the official language of the Congress. There will be no simultaneous translation.
Oral Communication
All the oral communications will be presented on Friday, June 26
Authors must present a short presentation for 7 minutes + 3 minutes of discussion
It is most important to ensure that your presentation does not exceed the established presentation time
All meeting rooms (classrooms) are equipped for PowerPoint projection only. Please migrate your presentation to the computer of your session room at least one hour before the beginning of your session.
Poster with discussion
Abstracts selected for posters will be presented as Posters during the meeting in the venue main foyer
Posters must be fixed on Thursday, June 25 until 10h30 and removed on Friday, June 26 from 16h00 until 18h00. The organization is not responsible for posters that are not removed until 18h00.
Additionally you should prepare a short presentation (3 slides maximum) for a 3 minutes discussion. Presentations will take place on Friday, June 26.
Poster with informal discussion
Abstracts selected for posters will be presented as Posters during the meeting in the venue main foyer

You will be asked to be present next to your poster in a specific period during the event, for an informal discussion.
Instructions for Poster preparation
•The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (2'11") wide x 120 cm (3'11") high
•Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of 180 cm (6 feet)
•Double sided tape will be available
•Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the meeting for the poster board number assigned to you. Please use the board with the same number |
