Colloquium registration desk
The Colloquium secretariat and registration desk is located in the main entrance of Faculdade de Economia Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Please note that registering for the conference (including handing out of conference bags and material) only takes place at the central registration desk. There will be an information point in each venue.
Pre-Colloquium workshops hospitality desk
The pre-Colloquium workshops will be held in Palácio Ventura Terra from Monday, June 28 to Wednesday, June 30. The hospitality desk is located on the ground floor (level 0) of Palácio Ventura Terra.
Attendance certificate
An attendance certificate is included in the conference documents.
Participants registered onsite will receive the certificate by e-mail.
Badges
Participants will be handed their name badges at the registration desk. Participants should wear their name badge visible at all times in order to guarantee access to the Colloquium venues and the scientific sessions' meeting rooms.
Technical equipment
All meeting rooms (classrooms) are equipped for PowerPoint projection only.
Please migrate your presentation to the computer of your session room before the beginning of your session.
Hostesses are available to help you in case you need technical support.
Cashpoints
Cashpoints are available in the venue, Faculdade de Economia - Universidade Nova
de Lisboa (ground floor) and at José Malhoa Avenue (next to SANA Malhoa Hotel and Novotel Hotel)
