Registration

Registration Policy - Registrations will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.From 15 June onwards registrations will only be accepted on site, at the Ponta Delgada University Venue

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received until 22 May 2009 are eligible for full refund with a 30€ deduction for administrative expenses.

No refunds after 22 May 2009.


Accommodation

Hotel reservation: At the time of the on line hotel reservation, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of your hotel accommodation.

Confirmation of hotel reservation will be forwarded upon acceptance of payment by the credit card or bank transfer. The confirmation e-mail forwarded is also valid as hotel voucher.

Hotel preferences: Hotel allocation being made on a first-come, first-served basis, participants are kindly requested to indicate their preferences

Deadline for hotel booking: 15 June 2009

Optional Tours 

Note: Minimum number required for each tour: 20 persons. Full payment will be reimbursed if this number is not achieved. Online Deadline for Reservation :15 June 2009 Onsite Reservation : During the congress reservations will be only accepted on day before the Tour
