The Hotel Pestana Palace (Congress Venue) is located a few minutes away from the city centre.

The Congress Organization provides transportation between the Congress Venue (Hotel Pestana Palace), Hotel Vila Gale Opera, Centro Cultural de Belem (CCB) and the Social Events venues.

To access the Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB) from the city you can use the following public transport:

• Trams n. 15;
• Buses n. 714; 727; 28;751; 56;
• Trains Cais do Sodre to Cascais stop at Alcantara or Belem Station;
• Taxis are also available from the airport and city centre. 

Access to the hotels from the Airport

Lisbon airport is close to the centre of the city (5 km north)
Participants may use either a bus or a taxi.
Buses depart from the airport to the city every 20 minutes (07.00 - 21.00).
The usual taxi fare from the Airport to the City Centre is approx. 10 € without luggage.

Taxis 

Lisbon taxis are reasonably priced. A taxi from the Congress Venue to central Lisbon takes about 10 minutes and costs around €10. A taxi from the Congress Venue to Lisbon Airport can take up to 45 minutes depending on traffic and will cost between €12 and €17. It is recommended to have € Euros with you as taxis tend not to accept credit cards. 
Metropolitano de Lisboa is Lisbon’s underground service (metro) with 4 lines.
