Badges

All participants, accompanying guests and exhibitors must wear their badge when attending any congress or social event.
Please present a copy of your onsite registration form as a proof of your registration. 


Insurance / Liability 

Participation in this Congress implies that persons/participants agree that the organizers do not assume any liability whatsoever. Upon registration, the participant accepts this provision.  


Language of the Congress

Simoultaneous interpretation will be provided in the plenary session and workshop in 6 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.


Programme changes

The organisers cannot assume liability for changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.  


Registration / Information desks 

The registration and information desks will be located in the hall of the main auditorium (Ground Floor).
