The Organizing Committee of the Second International 'Language - Communication - Culture' Conference is aware of the interest, be it personal or academic, many Participants have in publishing their papers.

Now that all session organizers are in a position to assess the papers presented in their sessions -- and in view of the recent academic devaluation of unrefereed proceedings volumes -- the decision has been made that session organizers will contact some or all Participants and ask them if they are interested in having their papers published online as working papers of the International 'Language - Communication - Culture' Conference.

Later on, Participants may be invited to submit 6,000- to 8,000-word articles / essays for publication in book or journal form (after blind refereeing / peer-reviewing).

Should Participants prefer to have their papers published elsewhere, the Organizing Committee has no difficulty in accepting that decision, but would be grateful to receive the publication details of all papers presented in Beja.

Reduced fee for authors of the papers submitted for the conference will be in force until October 15th.
