of the investigation needs to be provided
- Abbreviations should be avoided in titles, but may be used in

the following layout: objectives, methods, results, case report

grammatical or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced
exactly as submitted
- Statements such as “data will be presented” will lead to
automatic rejection of the abstract

the deadline. Only abstracts with the status “Final submission”
will be considered for review
- The Internet submission form will automatically reject
abstracts that do not conform to the guidelines
- The submission system will generate a temporary submission
number that must be used in all correspondence. If you do not
receive
this number immediately after your submission, your
abstract has not been registered.
- If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement
reflecting the reasons for this decision needs to be sent to the
meeting secretariat
Evaluation
- The originals will be submitted to the criterion of
evaluators.
- The selection criteria are:
- Scientific quality of the proposal
- Methodological approach and/or key research question(s)
- Relevance with respect to the meeting general themes
- The Scientific Committee will examine the submitted abstracts
and select the best ones to be presented and discussed.
- Further interesting proposals may possibly be presented as
posters. An ad hoc space, and time, will then be dedicated in
the program
for a presentation/exchange with the author.
- At least one author of the approved abstracts must be
registered at least by March, 31st, 2015 (payment validated)
otherwise it will not
be included in the Conference program!
