Cancellation Policies
Registration
Cancellation of registration must be made
in writing (e-mail or fax) and received by the Secretariat before the dates
below:
Before 6
June 2006
– 100% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, less €30,00 for
administrative charges
Between 6 June 2006 and 1
September 2006
– 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
There will be no refund for cancellations received after 1
September 2006
Hotel
Cancellation of Hotel must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) and received by the Secretariat before the dates below:
Cancellation of Hotel is accepted until 31
August.
However, down payment (first night deposit) will not be refundable. Remaining nights will be reimbursed less € 30.00 for administrative expenses.
There will be no refund for cancellations received after 31 August .
