Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received until 31 December 2007 are eligible for refund with a 30,00 deduction for administrative expences. 
No refund after December 31. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations received until 31 December 2007 – First night deposit will be reimbursed with a 30,00 deduction for administrative expenses. 
No refund after December 31.
