Guidelines for presentation of Oral Communications 

Time for presentation: 7 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion 

Kindly note that the above indicated time cannot be exceeded for any reason and the moderators have specific instructions to strictly enforce the time limit.

All presentations should be made for power point presentation (PC/Windows format) and should be delivered in CD / DVD or USB flash memory. Office 2007 XP professional is the system available at the congress centre.

The Speakers Ready Room (where you are kindly requested to test and deliver your presentation) will be located on the first floor of the Congress Centre, next to Auditorium I and will be operational from 08h00 to 18h00 daily for the duration of the congress.

Facilities to review and correct the presentations will be available to all speakers and technical assistance will also be provided.

All speakers should submit their presentations to the main desk in the Speakers Ready Room no less than 2 hours prior to their session. 

Speakers at early morning sessions are required to submit their material before 17h00 the prior evening.
