Dear Colleagues,

First of all, our team would like to give you a very warm welcome to Lisboa, in 2008!!

As usual, we have included in our program for this event the traditional four-day exchange program, which will take place in about 23 selected departments of ObGyn across Portugal. We will invite at least two trainees from each ENTOG member country to participate (up to 56 available places), so they can realize the main differences in local practice, acquire potentialy valuable future contacts and, above all, enrich their personal experience... On the 5th of March, we will have our big Meeting, focusing on working conditions across Europe and the EWTD.

Official representation of Portuguese Trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology have recently gone through a profound restructuration and entered a completely new era. As PONTOG, we are extremely proud to host this huge event and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners: the Portuguese College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, EBCOG, FSPOG and PWG. We also have the pleasure to specially thank Erica and all the fantastic Trainees at ENTOG, who have been working with us in this project since the very beginning!

The organizing committee has very special expectations, because for the first time in Portugal, we will have a conjoint Meeting with the 20th EBCOG European Congress and with the 18th Portuguese Congress. Therefore, we are all working hard to make this an unique event, confident in breaking all records of participation ever...
