Cancellation of registration

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until November 11th 2005, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less Euros 30,00 (US$39) for administrative expenses.

After this date no refunds will be made.

Cancellation of hotel reservation

To make a reservation a deposit of one night is required.

Full payment is to be received until November 10th.

Reimbursement of the deposit will be made (after receipt of written cancellation) until October 30th. After this date, refunds will not be possible.
