Prices are per room and night and include taxes and service charges.
· Reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of booking form together with
1 night payment non refundable, until 20th July 2004.
· Full amount of reservation must be paid to Mundiconvenius until
31st July 2004.
· Hotel allocation being made on a first-come, first-served basis, please enumerate preferences.
· Deadline for room reservation is 20th of July 2004.
Thereafter all requests will be handled upon availability.
Cancellation Policy:
· All cancellations must be notified in writing to MundiConvenius.
· 1 night payment is not refundable
· The remaining nights are refundable only until 31st
July 2004.
